TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. If this submission is chosen for kit replication I will become a S.O. Designer and will be granted access to all S.O. Designer areas of this website. Once I earn this title of S.O. Designer I will be required to submit a minimum of three (3) kit designs within the next 12 months.
2. When a project is chosen for replication I will be compensated by receiving the selling price of the kit PLUS $1 of every kit sold. As a new designer I will produce a smaller number of kits than an established Designer. Even at a smaller amount, if my kit sells out quickly Scrapbook Obsessions will create a wait list and will build additional kits accordingly. I will be compensated for every additional kit produced. EXAMPLE: Jane is an established designer. Scrapbook Obsessions makes 1000 kits from one of Jane's designs. They decide to sell this particular kit at $27.95 each. All kits sell out within 5 days of posting on this website so they mail Jane a check totaling $1027.95 (selling price of kit + $1 per every kit sold). Scrapbook Obsessions will also create a wait list and allow others to add their name to it for the next 14 days. After that time, if there are a minimum of 25 names on the wait list Scrapbook Obsessions will reorder supplies to make additional kits. Jane will be compensated $1 for every additional kit that is sold.
3. Scrapbook Obsessions reserves the right to make any changes to my project prior to kit replication. This may be due to products used versus product availability. Scrapbook Obsessions reserves the right to make any creative alterations to the finished design. By submitting my project for replication I are agreeing to these terms. If any changes are made Scrapbook Obsessions will ask me to make those changes with a complete kit of supplies (including the changed items) that is mailed to me. This design must be created and returned to Scrapbook Obsessions within 30 days of receipt of kit supplies from Scrapbook Obsessions. If after 30 days, Scrapbook Obsessions reserve the right to ask another designer to use the kit to remake the project. If another designer is required to make the changes they will list my project as a co-creation between me and her and we will both receive full compensation as described above.
4. Once an item has been chosen for replication I will be required to mail the original item to Scrapbook Obsessions within 30 days. All items should be mailed to:

5.Scrapbook Obsessions will hold a charity auction in December and will auction all original items. All proceeds will be donated to different charities.

7. If I have not been notified by Scrapbook Obsessions within 30 days of submitting this project I am able to post this submission image elsewhere as I wish. |
