Attention all International Members

Would you like to purchase tracking for your monthly shipments by shipping them Priority Mail International or to continue to have them shipped the cheaper method of First Class Mail Internaitonal with no tracking offered? We have had several packages returned to us in the past and it has taken a full 90 days for the unclaimed package to arrive at our location. Once the kit is returned we notify our customer and ask them if they would like it reshipped (and pay the additional postage fees) or to have the purchase price (minus shipping fees) refunded. We are aware that this option is inconvienent for our members and that is why we are offering the insured method as well.
